Placed an order a week ago, tried to contact them by phone, no way, my 3 emails remained unanswered. Why claim that you're available 24h/day, if you're not available at all?

Site looks very well done with enrollment email, order confirmation , order status, possibility to cancel order and get money back ...

Very bad experience

Pure fraud!
I purchased a product from Vita Zita and I did not get a confirmation email. I tried to contact with them several times but they didn't respond to any of my emails. They got my money but I didn't get my item. This is pure fraud!

I’m very disappointed!
I’m very disappointed in this website! I order some pills but they not only send me the wrong product but instead of 3 boxes, I received one. So, I payed triple for the wrong product.
Above that I contacted them in 3 diferent places and after 5 days they still didn’t answer!

I made order 1805162504, they shipped the package but the delivery company decided to return the package to them coz it's broken. I wrote email and contact them through the website, no reply even they promise that they will reply to you in 48 hours. Moreover, I can't request a refund online since they approved a partial refund even without my request.
Interesting! It cost me 263 euros for nothing, then they refund me only 41 euros. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE, OR YOU NEED TO CALL THE POLICE!
