Great experience booking this evening with Vaibhav taking me through the whole process. He even noted that we would be flying out to Las Vegas on my husband’s birthday and suggested we could fly a day earlier which we decided to do. Courteous, helpful and patient. Time consuming and frustrating
I will avoid details our holiday plans to avoid identifying the courteous agent I spoke with.
My problem is with what I experienced as a time-consuming (40 minutes), unnecessary, deeply frustrating upselling/upgrade process. Maybe the agents are on some sort of commission requiring them to review every aspect of your holiday in order to find and offer an improvement or upgrade. These upgrades inevitably cost and, come the end of the call, you find that the reasonably priced holiday has rocketed to hundreds of pounds more than the original offer and you’ve lost the best part of an hour that you will never get back.

Above and beyond the call of duty!!!
I have recently booked a twin city holiday in Italy with Viva who I have never used before, and I have to say my travel consultant Diya, went above and beyond the call of duty and certainly earned her money trying to assist me! I was specifically looking for a garden or rooftop terrace for breakfast and was limited by potential dates and budget, but the entire time she was courteous patient and very professional in spite of the numerous times that I kept going back with alternative combinations and suggestions for her to quote for me. I'm very happy to say that she was able to come up with a package that ticked all the boxes for me and I can't wait to go. The whole trip was super smooth and enjoyable. The transfers and hotels were perfect. Harsha was very approachable and very understanding with changes that I had asked him to make.
