After an initial enquiry through Viva website, Harsha contacted us and we talked thorough our requirements for Switzerland/ Italy trip in February 2026. We tweaked a few things and Harsha was great throughout and made great suggestions and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Our trip was amazing, including the Glacier and Bernina Express. All of our flight and train tickets were emailed to us. Everything went to plan and on schedule, the hotels were all of a high standard and we found the trip to be good value for money. We will definitely use Viva again, we had a great experience from beginning to end...Thank you Viva and Harsha

Milan to Geneva…by rail
We did a rail trip from Milan to Geneva including the Bernina and Glacier trains.
We felt it was very good value for money and had everything we needed.
Didn’t really need to contact the company after booking, so can’t comment on after sales care.

This review is in regard to the booking…
This review is in regard to the booking process as we haven’t been on our trip yet. We found the holiday on Secret Escapes but when we went through the booking stages it stated it was through Viva Holidays and payment wouldn’t be taken until all the itinerary was agreed with them. Pankaj at Viva was very helpful and explained the trip we wanted to book from Geneva-Milan wasn’t available on our dates so offered an alternative which was basically the same trip but in reverse. We were given lots of options regarding upgrades to hotels/train tickets which was a little overwhelming and did mean our trip ended up costing quite a bit more but we agreed. We received all our tickets and information through in a couple of days. Just hope the trip turns out to be what we’re hoping for.

We’ve just booked a 4-night Glacier & Bernina Express trip for my partner’s 50th birthday, and Diya has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
She was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble - whether it was refining the itinerary, checking train class options, or making sure the hotels were perfectly located. She made what could have been a complicated booking feel seamless and stress-free.
What really stood out was Diya’s attention to detail and genuine care in helping us create something special. This is a surprise trip, and Diya understood how important it was to get everything just right.
