VivaFolio were the only company that would supply a glazed pitch of 55%. They were easy to work with, friendly and accommodating from beginning to end. The installation team were very professional and did an excellent job. The finished product looks amazing

Really nice company to deal with. We used Viva in a supply only capacity and they have been brilliant and responsive throughout. Thank you Jane, Amanda, Richard and the whole team. Our new extension looks terrific.

I moved into a new build home in March 2021 which had been fitted with windows and doors from Vivafolio. The supply and build had been beset with delay due to COVID but we got there in the end. After moving in we noticed that a window pane had been badly scratched and arranged with the developer to have this replaced. The dressing room, which overlooks adjacent houses, had been fitted with a plain glass panel 520mm x 857mm which I wanted replacing with obscure glass, so I asked for a price for this to be fitted at the same time as the scratched panel. To my horror, they quoted £479.90 which I declined to accept.
I have today ordered a panel from an online supplier of sealed units which cost me £91 including delivery, which I will fit myself!
I am very disappointed that Vivafolio's customer service, and felt that their charge for after-sales service was outrageous!

3/3/22: Update: I have provided Vivafolio with the number of the Sundry Pro-Forma used to advise me of the price for this job to enable them to satisfy themselves that my review was genuine. I have also emailed the form back to Jane in their office team to join up the dots.

20/03/2022: Responding to Vivafolio's comment on my review. Their fitters were already onsite replacing a scratched glass panel, and could have fitted the obscure glass panel very quickly. There would have been no additional transport cost, and precious little extra labour cost. I bought a glazed panel for £91 and fitted it myself inside half an hour, a saving of almost £400 on Vivafolio's quote. I will let the viewers of this review come to their own conclusions about Vivafolio's ethics, and what might have happened if I was a vulnerable customer?

We contracted Viva to assist us with building a barn extension including managing the planning permission process. We were told that the planning permission was just a formality. It turned out that barn extensions are very hard to get approved and edger several appeals we gave up. We have paid a significant deposit to Viva which they are to reimburse us. I’ve been trying to contact Viva since November 2021 to get my funds back and I am being told that the responsible individual is on leave, sick or not in the office. I am not able to speak to a senior member of staff. The entire experience have been awful.

Viva design and constructed the glass and frame for an orangery. The brief was as little frame as possible and bespoke colour to match the windows. This they did well.

Why 3 stars?
We paid Viva to do the structural drawings. They contracted this out to a company who put in no effort to design for our site. Leaving decisions to the builder, sizes of crucial fixings non-existent, over engineered rather than calculated to suit.
At installation 2 small damaged areas where not reported back to head office so that repairs can be scheduled. Sadly, the eventual repair was not to the standard I would expect from a quality product.

Viva were very responsive during the completion of the planning permission stage, providing answers to many of the questions posed by the conservation officer. Our property is listed and thatched so the new structure had to meet the restrictions imposed by its status and be an aesthetic match for the thatch particularly, so Viva helped source powder coating that did the job. The support team was very helpful and liaised well with our architect and builder. Doing a project of this nature during Covid added another layer of difficulty with supply delays, but these were all handled courteously and efficiently by the Viva team. We have no reservations in giving the Viva company and their product our fullest recommendation.

Shinz Design has obtain quotation from VivaFolio a couple of times before working with them on a project in Camden, London. They always impressed us with patient, knowledgable and proffesional sales team supported by very strong technical team which is what every architect needs. Will definitely use them again on our future projects.

What a wonderful company to deal with. I ordered supply only windows, bi fold doors & roof lantern from Viva and the whole process was made very simple. Every one of the staff that I dealt with along the way were friendly, helpful & informative, always keeping me up to date with what was happening. I would have no hesitation in dealing with Viva in the future, well done everyone!

These are great people to deal with, even in the midst of a global pandemic their office support was amazing and fitters were efficent and helpful.

We are very happy with our new bay doors. They look great. Aside from an issue with the powder coating which was resolved, the process was smooth and painless. Would recommend.

From the get go of receiving my quote through design, installation and aftercare, Viva have been excellent. The glass box I ordered looks just the ticket. This was a big project for me and a big investment. I felt supported by the viva team all the way through. A great addition to my property and some thing my family will enjoy for many many years to come. Thanks Viva.

We used Viva to design and supply a set of bifold doors for a garden office. The team were super helpful and patient as we went through the process, and the install went very smoothly. We're very pleased with the result and would highly recommend.

Fantastic job with the bi-folding doors the workers were very polite and very helpful also received a lot of help from the staff at the company with measurements and much more would recommend to anybody.

Four fitters arrived on the dot at 8am, having driven all the way from the Manchester area (they left at 3am). They didn’t hang around - offloaded & got straight on with the job in hand - stopping only for a couple of well deserved breaks.
By about 430pm they had finished & cleared up. Then the Foreman took us through all the details re the locking up, using the keys correctly & advising registering the keys in case of damage etc. And also advising on what materials to use & not to use cleaning the conservatory. Which was a great help.
So by about 5pm they were on their way.
A long day for them - but what a great team. Thank you.

We are delighted with our doors that were installed yesterday by a very friendly team - they look great and whole process of working with Vivafolio to get this look was incredibly smooth.

Our Bifold doors were installed on 07/03/2021. The installers arrived on time and carried out the installation in no time at all. My wife and I are very pleased with our doors and the service we received from Viva. Keep up the good work

What an experience, after 2 months of google scan I fortunately reached vivafolio website.

From start to finish, everything worked smoothly, Andrew (Sales) was very calm/ supportive in understanding the need and provided a perfect quote.

Amanda / Jane (admin / billing / coordination), timely communication, no surprises on the payments, very pleasing to talk.

Richard (Design Engineer), is a real expert seeing pictures of my layout, he immediately pointed out a challenge and with mutual discussion he came up with 2 excellent suggestions.

Paul and team (fitters / installers/ delivery) actually the delivery came 1 week before, and Paul’s team was here at 830 AM and all done and handed over by noon.

Team, well done….please keep the same level of work ethics, a very happy customer
