Lovely doors and windows. Everyone I dealt with from order to install was lovely and provided a great service. The cheapest and nicest finish product I could find for our extension. And I had researched quite a few. Thankyou to all at viva. Would highly recommend

The roof and doors on our extension were supplied and installed by Viva at the end of December. This is for a lean-to extension with a glazed roof and 2 x 2 meter doors with a slider. Rather than a standard tiled/slated roof, we wanted to bring in as much natural light as possible, helped by being south-facing, and have a modern approach to an open-plan kitchen/diner. The structure from Viva has delivered on everything we'd hoped for; great sliding door which effortlessly glides on the track, slight roof runners allowing for large glass panes, secure locks and a neat integrated gutter system. This is our second time using Viva (along with bi-folds last summer on a garden room), and on both occasions the product and service has exceeded our expectations.

Our project was taken over by VivaFolio a few weeks after ‘apropos’, our initial contractor, went into liquidation. VivaFolio has taken over both the manufacturing and installation of a glazing system to a rear extension building project in Mid Sussex. Our experience with VivaFolio has been outstanding on many fronts. From honouring our initial agreement with ‘apropos’, to being extremely accommodating with repeated building delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Amanda and Jane, the VivaFolio customer liaison managers responsible for our project, went over and beyond to assist us with navigating a number of unfortunate set backs during the build. For every obstacle risen they came up with a solution, both in terms of providing construction details & clarifications to our builders but also in terms of extending the financing agreement inherited from apropos to meet the needs of our project. The installation team worked extremely hard and efficiently to install the doors and panels in a very professional manner, explaining us the operation of mechanisms and offering tips for the maintenance of the system. The sliding doors, glass door, opening window and gable shaped fixed glass panels provided by VivaFolio seem to be of top quality and of truly beautiful design. Although our extension build is not complete at the time this review is written, we cannot comment on the use of the system, however the feel of the product we received is of top quality. We look forward to using the space once the build is complete and enjoy the vast glazed windows delivered. On the basis of our experience so far we would highly recommend VivaFolio and the customer service we received.

We chose Viva for our Bifold doors, because they had fitted some for our son about 2 years ago. We had been impressed with the quality & look of the product. Our son had told us how efficient the company were from getting a quote, through ordering & installation. He wasn't wrong. I was talked through the ordering process by Jane and she was able to answer all my questions. There was a slight delay in the installation, but that was due to a hitch in the supply of the glass and I was kept updated at every stage by Amanda. The installation took place yesterday & the team arrived within the expected time slot and completed the work very efficiently. We couldn't be happier with the finished doors. I would happily recommend Viva to anyone who was looking for Bifold doors.

This is the second time we have used this company and both times they delivered a fantastic service from placing an order to installation.

We had a set of bifolds plus four windows made, delivered and installed by Viva Folio this month. Very happy with the look and quality of the finished product, thank you Viva. We're building a brand new home from scratch, and choosing the doors/windows supplier was one of the biggest and most expensive decisions we had to make. Viva won our business on the basis of price and the speed with which they responded to all our requests for information and advice. The production lead time unfortunately ended up being a couple of weeks longer than they had originally estimated. However I'm not sure how avoidable that was, with it being 2020, we've found that many different suppliers have had issues relating to covid, such as staffing and supply shortages. Although that did cause us some considerable frustration, Viva were very open and honest about it, keeping us informed all through the process, and were as accommodating as they could be. We eventually had everything installed by their team in one day who did a fantastic job. We're really pleased with the result and I'm happy to recommend Viva Folio.

I have had my doors for a few years now and unfortunately a handle broke. I contacted them and Jane then went over and beyond to find me the right replacements.
I am very grateful for her help and applaud their after sales service.

Their website claims they have been in operation 'for over 50 years' - this is a lie as Vivafolio is just the latest version of a company (Apropos Conservatories) that has repeatedly gone into liquidation leaving customers with worthless warranties they won't honour. The *same* management and directors who sold me a conservatory in 2017 now aren't interested in helping solve a dripping ceiling, fobbing me off to a tradesman who has a long list of unhappy ex-Apropos customers. Avoid at all costs!

I would urge buyers to do their homework fully before engaging with or handing over funds to this company. In particular, I would urge potential customers to read the basic Companies House Filings. Buyers should check companies house filings for the Directors of Apropos and then check the same for Viva Folio. They will see voluntary liquidation of Apropos Limited. There are reports on Trust Pilot of this also happening in a prior company too. I would then urge buyers to read all of the trust pilot reviews with respect to APROPOS LIMITED. I would encourage readers to go through the these reviews of Apropos Limited thoroughly. My own experience is that my elderly parents lost over £25k to this firm which is a predecessor of Viva Folio. My parents are most definitely not stupid or unworldly, but they were taken in and then treated inhumanely in my view. Readers will make up their own minds, but in my opinion the reviews of their previous company APROPOS LIMITED and the Companies House filings with respect to the Directors AND also their other reported former companies, speak for themselves. Readers can also see an earlier review on here about the current company (VIVAFOLIO) which the firm are attempting to have removed from this site. I can only assume they want to remove it because it makes the clear and direct link to their former company/companies. Something that new and potential VIVAFOLIO customers may not necessarily know about otherwise.

Just had a beautiful set of bi folds put in.
The fitters were great I would highly recommend this company.

The ordering process was nice and simple and I was even offered a free of charge upgrade to a better spec door which I took. Lockdown obviously added to the lead time which couldn’t be helped.
The reason for the 4 stars is because the manufacturers didn’t quite get the doors correct in that they had the doors opening the wrong way. Because my house is a bit odd, the initial fix suggested was not going to work. An engineer was sent out to asses the issues and suggest a workaround. The workaround was agreed and then the fitters returned to finish the job which was done very well.
The doors themselves look great and match my aluminium Velfac windows perfectly.
The 4 stars is purely because a work around was needed which added minor inconvenience to me, even though I have to say it was handled very well. Otherwise I’d be giving 5 stars!
As a side note, I want to pay homage in particular to Gemma who was a great point of contact and had excellent communication.

Viva have designed and constructed our new conservatory and we are extremely happy both with the construction, which is absolutely beautiful, and with the service that we have received which has been 100% professional and friendly throughout. From our experience we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

We have looked forward to getting our bi-folds and windows from Vivo and we love them. Our builder was very happy fitting them and look fantastic in our new garden room. The quality is excellent and they open up beautifully, we look forward to many years of bringing the outside in!

Viva came to the rescue after the collapse of Apropos to whom we had paid our deposit. The service was very efficient and the product extremely good. We are really pleased with our 'garden room' and would recommend Viva.

A great service from start to finish and the product is excellent. By far the most cost effective bi folds I could find, but the quality is superb, even the fitters I used from a rival local firm said they were better than theirs! Highly recommend Viva team and the product.

Having paid an initial deposit with Apropos was despondant when they went into admistration and thought that I had lost all my money.
However Viva got in touch to say that they had taken over and would honour my deposit which as great news.
Finally got my conservatory, 30 years in the planning, and it looks great.
