Brilliant service and great profuct

I chose the handsome magnifying nirror as a gift for a friend and I needed it for a specific daye so I phoned and spoke yo a lady who was so helpful. She rang mr back to tell me that the mirror would ge delivered the bext day. She was fantastic. And the mirror dud artive the next day and my fridnd us delighted. Thank you!

Very Satisfied customer

Having struggled with one item being out of stock, and then another being damaged on delivery … we didn’t get off to the ideal start! But Emma and Kheira turned it around and we now have a full set of perfect sun loungers and side table. The product looks great and the follow up service has been thoroughly professional, diligent and courteous. Thoroughly recommended.

Your order was placed while one of the items — the side table — was temporarily out of stock. We informed you immediately and arranged for the sun loungers (which were in stock) to be delivered to your remote location, working around the once-weekly delivery schedule of our courier partner.
After delivery, we followed up with a courtesy call to ensure everything was in order. When you let us know that you found out that one of the loungers was damaged, our team picked up your message the following working day and immediately arranged for a replacement, which is now on its way to you.
We completely understand the disappointment, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience. That said, we want to reassure you — and any prospective customers — that your situation was taken seriously from the moment we became aware, and that resolution was prioritised.

Fabulous Customer Experience Viva Lagoon…

I would highly recommend Viva Lagoon for a 5 star experience from beginning to end! I first contacted the company to check if I could visit their showroom. I discovered everything is virtual. However, after a brief hesitation I was guided through an excellent customer experience by Emma Fitch in their sales team. I wanted to purchase 2 Vincent Sheppard kitchen bar stools, but wanted to see them first. So Emma arranged for one of the stools to be delivered to me to try out and see what the stool looked like in my kitchen and whether it was comfortable etc. She also supplied a range of sample materials. I loved the product and placed the order. Delivery was in 4 weeks as promised, and the sample stool was taken away. What an excellent way to make a decision - try before you buy! Thank you Emma for being amazing and such a great ambassador for your company. Well done Viva Lagoon!

Outstanding!

Outstanding service from Emma and the team in sourcing hard to find garden furniture which had recently ceased production. It really was above and beyond and Viva Lagoon would be my first port of call for any requirements in the future.

Fabulous company

I have bought a few things from viva lagoon now and I have always been impressed with their customer service , very quick response times and always keep you up to date with any order delays . Only reason for 4 star is my latest delivery was a heavy solid oak table and 1 man showed up with it . The only option was for me to carry it in with him as it would have been impossible for him otherwise . It didn’t do my bad back any favours but the table is beautiful .

Excellent Customer Service

I ordered a table lamp that unfortunately had a scratch on the glass shade. I’m convinced the company was unaware of this, especially since the scratch was only noticeable when the lamp was turned on—it could easily have been overlooked. The response to my complaint was very quick and extremely polite. We managed to find a resolution without unnecessary hassle or emotions. Overall, the customer service was very professional, and I highly recommend this company:)

Excellent customer service.

We had a damaged stool (box broken in transit). Emma dealt with this immediately and it was replaced. It is so unusual to be able to actually talk to a real person who cares so much about customer satisfaction when ordering online. Thank you viva lagoon. Would definitely recommend them.
