Would like to be told up front that you can't print out tickets. At least I couldn't figure out how. Very time consuming and frustrating

Took some time to see tickets in app
I had a problem being able to see my tickets on Vivid Seats App. I chatted with AI (I think); didn't resolve my problem; finally transferred me to a real person; after about 10 minutes of chatting with them; I was able to see my tickets. The agent was patient and was able to help me resolve my problem; but I spent about 30 minutes of my time. I have used Seat Geek and Stub Hub (even Vivid Seats) before for tickets but never had that problem.

I received my tickets through email. Like everything in the world, don’t settle for the first offer all of the time. Unless you don’t care about spending money. Always check multiple options
