Very good service

I am extremely disappointed with Vliegwinkel. My flight with Turkish Airlines (Booking: VW-11796431) scheduled for May 22nd from Amsterdam to Damascus via Istanbul has been impacted by a cancellation, and Vliegwinkel is trying to force me to take a refund. This is a clear violation of my rights under EU Regulation EC 261/2004.
I have already taken my annual leave from work and paid for my hotel in Damascus. A refund is not a solution; it is a financial disaster. I have emailed multiple times explaining that I need to be re-routed, but I am being ignored.
It is shameful to treat customers this way. I demand an immediate alternative flight to Damascus, as per the law. I will be reporting this to the ILT (Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate) in the Netherlands if this is not resolved immediately.

Unreliable

Easy shopping. When you try to make an almost last minute booking and the regular flight companies don't offer what you are looking for, Vliegwinkel often can solve your problem.

The service was absolutely horrific to this day ( and my flight was on the 26th of March)I have not gotten a response. I booked a flight from Rotterdam to Johannesburg, I put in all my correct contact information being my phone number and email address. I was getting worried and my flight was coming up because I had received no other communication other than the flight was paid for. So I tried to contact them numerous amounts of times eventually I decided to contact British Airways which was the the first flight apart of my journey and they informed me that the flight had been cancelled and that I must contact Qatar Airways, when I reach out to them to check what was going on, it turns out that the contact info that had been provided with was incorrect which was not the info I had given when booking my flight. Therefore it was the complete incompetence and negligence of Vliegwinkel as not only did they put the wrong contact info onto my ticket but they had failed to inform me that my flight of which I had spent over €1000 on was cancelled and therefore I had to rush to rebook a flight. I would never recommend them their costumer is abysmal and practically non existent.

While I was in payment process, I got message that this price is not available, and new price was 250 euros. I book the ticket with new price and when I checked next morning, same flight was available with old price. This should not happen and if happened due to system issues, additional cost much be reimbursed because same flight is available with lower cost. It was a lot of stress for me as I was booking 5 tickets worth 5000 euros and suddenly price jump up for another 250 euros for no reason.

Went really well and quick to book the flight. Till now nothing to complain.

I still did not get the information i needed.

Fast, easy. Fair price. It was truly the cheapest option.

I think service is fine but I realize luggage options were 20 euro more expensive at the end, do not know if this is intentional

I made a cancelation before the 3 hours deadline with Qatar air. And now the are saying i was too late. That cost me around 250 euro. Its not even the money so much but the fact that they tell me i am the liar is pretty bad. I simply have the the proof that i was in time.
