Great communication. Steve was very helpful and friendly when booking the van. Price was great. Van was huge! Really easy to pick up and drop off too.

Really great experience - hired a panel van from the Tiverton depot, first time using VMS and found the service excellent - from booking through to the checkin/out of vehicle procedure - friendly, straightforward, thorough and the vehicle was in excellent condition. Was able to return out of hours (easy process) and very reasonable price for 24 hour hire. Would 100% recommend and use VMS again.

I have used the Tiverton depot (formerly Western Truck Rental) a number of times. I am pleased to say the friendly and efficient service remains at the same high standard with the new owners.
The website is easy and clear to use so you can pick the right be his dad get a clear cost in advance. They always have what I am looking for. The vehicles are clean and well looked after and they are good value fir money.

Hired a LWB transit to assist with a house move. Service was excellent and professionally with the vehicle provide perfect for the job. The staff were helpful and informative and the vehicle provided was very clean and tidy, literally a new van. Would certainly use them again.

Good vehicle on the day, booking quite easy but needed a few documents sending via email to complete. Would have liked a bit more instruction on vehicle as was not familiar with large Ford but soon worked it out myself. Would use again.

Only local vehicle hire company to offer the kind of vehicle I required (needed a tow bar). Very good service, quick and simple process. I will definitely use VMS again.
