I’ve been hiring from VMS for over 6 months now and find their service second to none.

I used to hire from whoever was cheapest and after 4 consecutive time of VMS coming out on top, I now go nowhere else.

Even having accidentally got through to their head office a couple of times because I dialled the wrong number, even they went above and beyond to help and get me pointing in the right direction.

Going from strength to strength, these guys will be market leaders in no time at all.

Well where do I start?
1. Very good customer service
2. I hired a 7.5 tonner and it was delivered timely, but then I had to have it replaced as it had signage. This was done in a good timely manner.
3. Both Trucks given were in very good mechanical order and served me very well.
4. I got a discount after the first month of hire, and I have to say its been a real bargain for what I paid.
5. I would definitely recommend VMS to people.
6. Thank you very much VMS, its a pity I had no more work for the truck as I would still be continuing with it.

Incredible customer service, they made moving house alot easier and less stressful the guys collecting and dropping the van off were professional and friendly and the van was more than ample for what was needed. Would highly recommend.

Having been let down by Nationwide Hire, I called VMS needing a pick up to deliver machinery to our customers. Within 2 hours, I had a suitable vehicle delivered to my house. Unlike many other hire company's who take your money and then put the vehicle hire out to tender, VMS have over 30 pick up trucks in their fleet. This is efficient service at its finest - good work.

Having used enterprise for many years I decided to try vms I was so surprised at the high level of customer service. All staff went out of there way to be as helpful as possible I will definitely be booking again as and when I need a van. The price was very reasonable.
