Avoid if you live in Aberdeen.
Network issues still effecting Aberdeen city centre. Several official complaints and still nothing been done about it. Social media team a complete waste of time to try and get it sorted. Will keep leaving 1* reviews until you loose your “excellent” rating on here due to your absolutely abysmal so called “customer service”.

De las peores compañías, el servicio al cliente no les importa nada.
Me dicen que desconectaron mi móvil el 25/05 por no haber echo uso del mismo en 90 días cuando en 10/04 envié un mensaje de texto. Intentar explicar que no he estado 90 días sin usarlo ha sido imposible, se limitan a repetir lo mismo una y otra vez, y del dinero que tenia en la cuenta no se sabe nada.. eso es un ROBO
Cuando intento poner una reclamación, dicen que tiene que ser por carta o llamando... en serio esta gente no conoce internet?
One of the worst companies, they don't care about customer service at all.
They tell me they disconnected my phone on May 25th because I hadn't used it in 90 days, when I sent a text message on April 10th. Trying to explain that I haven't gone 90 days without using it has been impossible. They just repeat the same thing over and over again, and they don't know anything about the money in the account... that's ROBBERY.
When I try to file a complaint, they say it has to be by letter or phone... seriously, don't these people know the internet?

Went in to adjust my sim packages on Sunday, was served by Steven he was very helpful advising what were the best options for the numbers, as all our phones are on one account. I have the worst time with Vodafone I found them so unfair I have been a customer to Vodafone for years paying them nearly 200 pound a month so to cut the long story short I stayed in abroad for sometime because I disconnected my line after my contract finished for sill 70 pound late payment they put me on bad credit list even after I paid them they said my bad credit score will stay for 6 years even after I paid all the amount how is that fair

Useless company
Couldn't even set up my SIM and then says I have to wait up to days without messaging,calls or 3g. Also been told it can take up to two days.
