Excellent with phone contract problems
Visiting Aberystwyth we had difficulty with a PAYG phone and needed the number to be transferred to our business contract with Vodafone. Mish and Richard in the Aberystwyth store proved most helpful and efficient in getting the number quickly transferred.
Top marks to them both.

Consistently Good Customer Service
I visited the store on Tuesday 14th July to ask for advice and recommendations to upgrade one of my antiquated phones to something more modern. As I've received good service here previously, the Vodafone shop was my first port of call.
The staff who advised me were very attentive and helpful.
I didn't feel pressured to buy something over the top that I didn't need.

Mobile WiFi
A worthwhile trip to Vodafone in Aberystwyth… we required a mobile WiFi for use in our caravan … Steven & Matt were great.. they both took the time to explain what would best suit our needs .. we were able to see the device in store , set up the contract & take one home with us … thank you to the team for their time & assistance 😊

Good experience in Aberystwyth store
Richard who helped me select a new phone was courteous, pleasant,helpful, patient & had a good assessment about what my needs were. Matt,the manager also assisted me & showed the same helpful & professional manner
On a very hot day the shop was pleasantly cool & the chair was comfortable

A very happy experience
It was very pleasing to have the polite friendly Abbie to talk to. Nothing was to much trouble. She spent time explaining what options were available to me when purchasing my new phone. She transferred all my apps over to my new phone, and told me what was happening throughout the whole process. I would not hesitate recommending her tomy friends and colleagues to ask for her if they are visiting the shop as it was a pleasure to do buisness with her.

The whole team is great!
The whole team at Aberystwyth is fantastic, friendly and helpful. Abbie was brilliant at helping me switch broadband over and has been so helpful anytime I pop into the shop with a question.
