Worst service ever
Absolute rubbish for broadband. My contract ended I gave them the correct notice and they keep demanding money.
They claim in 1 email the contract is still running and increased the price to almost double. In another email they claim I have take out a new contract and want full payment to cancel (best part of £1000).I spent all morning trying to sort it out online and on the telephone. I got passed from 1 department to another, then they said its all sorted and put me through to refunds who just cut me off after over an hour. No one called me back. I have emailed them and asked them to contact me but they haven't.

Made a trip into Aberystwyth branch today and was served by the most pleasant and helpful young lady. Sorted my contract out. Most definitely better than talking to stranger on phone. Need help definitely go there

I spoke with Matt in store today in Aberystwyth. He was very helpful and patient with me. Answered all my questions, and actually helped me with my phone contract even though I was with a different company. I will be switching to vodaphone now after being shown many different hidden fees I didn’t know about from my old phone company. Thank you Matt 👍🏻
