The advisor sat me down and informatively reviewed my options for sim cards and home broadband, Ryan was very easy to communicate with, keeping everything clear and concise.

Great customer service
Visited the store today and last week due to issues with my flip screen phone. Both times I was served by Paul whose customer service skills were fantastic.
He was extremely patient and helpful and took the time to talk me through the possible causes of the problems and tried a few solutions to fix the phone in store.
I've been to this store a few times and the staff are always very knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to help where possible. I've only ever had great experiences from this store.
