Joshua was terrific
Joshua was terrific
He answered all my questions ( which were many,as I am very cautious when purchasing expensive items that need to last me a long while ). He explained in detail how the phone would work and breakdown of the costs and guided me through the process. Joshua was very friendly and approachable and at no time made me hurry into anything. He also explained the waiting time for my phone which was 5-7 days. I asked if it could be delivered to Vodafone shop,as saves me waiting at home for delivery/ and to be signed for,as I could be at work when it’s due to arrive. So I’ll be collecting it at the shop itself and they will transfer all my data etc… over ( they do charge a fee,but I’m happy with that ).
All in all ,I’m pleased with the outcome and the service I had today. Joshua was great 👌. Please forward ok my thanks again to him. I am very careful and cautious when buying technology products. So this was a good day for me

I inadvertently got my SIM card stuck halfway in the slot in my old mobile phone. Ross was on it immediately. He worked efficiently to fix the problem and set up my new phone. Ross gave me lots of great advice regarding mobile phones in general and how to save money on my contracts. Ross was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend the Andover Vodafone store for all your tech needs and requirements.
