Everyone , avoid Barkingside Vodafone
I am a paying customer and I was refused to be served. I was an employee but was let go due to allegations and so apparently this means I am not allowed to be served even though I am a paying customer.
Everyone , please do not go to this store. They are hypocrites and show racist tendencies when dealing with their customers.
I know first hand how they assume how a customer will be based on their appearance and the colour of their skin.
The manager refused to serve because I made allegations about how he is inappropriate with his comments while I was working there.
So now I am supposedly banned from the shops even though i am a paying customer.
I wish I can say more regarding how bad this store is when it comes to their management and ethics.
Everyone , avoid Vodafone Barkingside.

I went into their Barkingside store…
I went into their Barkingside store yesterday 16/10/23 really distressed but was absolutely so very impressed by the help I received by Cedric.
Not only was he absolutely helpful, to say the least !.He calmly asked me what I actually needed and matched my need to the right product, the right price plan and the best overall package to suit my need.
He took the time to help me set up my phone and configure it so as to get me up and running.
Not only was Cedeic very helpful, he also went out of his way to help a very vulnerable lady who happened to walk into the store.
He directed his team members to help her.
I have been a chief INFLIFHT Director for Air India, and I know what EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. This experience is what defines it.
