My partner struggles with his ptsd and mental health and has taken a lot to get him into the Barnsley store where we purchased ours phones..nad was so helpful and took all the stress out of having to do it online and got a fabulous deal with 2 upgrades including change of number and numerous problems we had changing contracts..he was so efficient and nothing was a problem..we had to go back for a few issues we couldn't do ourselves and he didn't hesitate to get things sorted for us l..the staff also were able to help in-between and were so polite and useful as we didn't know how to sort out certain apps on our phones..it's so nice to able to go into a store and speak to someone and be so helpful we cannot thank them enough.lee says nad is in his top 3 😊

Renew of Contract
Used the Barnsley Store to renew my broadband and phone contacts. Thw store was clean and well organized. Chris assisted us during our visit. He was very helpful and answered every question we had. Once leaving the store we had a new contract with a better outcome then we had.

Nad was really helpful and patient with my upgrade today. His colleague Carrie, also very helpful towards making my final decision of a new phone.
Outstanding customer service all round,m and he gave a thorough understanding of the contract I was going into.

New phone purchase
We went into store today to get information about upgrading our phones. We were delt with swiftly, initially by Nad, who checked our existing phone details and payments and proceeded to work out the best plans for us for new phones. We went away to talk about it,then returned to store to accept what was a much better deal for us. Carrie then dealt with us and explained every detail and cost to us in and we completed the process. Both of these people were friendly, empathetic and nothing was too much trouble for them.
