Super helpful & friendly staff
Called into the Barnsley branch to mainly check a deal against what i was being offered from Sky. I've been with Vodafone for a very long time and didn't want to leave. I was approached by the lovely Isabelle, who understood my dilema... and took her time to look at all the deals available, and managed to match something for me. She explained all the detail in an easy to understand manner and made this visit very enjoyable. The entire team there seemed very friendly and helpful.

New phone upgrade
I was initially served by Nad to upgrade my phone and he was very polite and helpful the service I got was great .I had to come back and collect my phone this time Fiz served me and I also got a good deal on a Samsung tablet .iv been with Vodafone along time and always got my phones from barnsley store the staff are always polite and helpful but Nad and Fiz went above and beyond very happy customer
