Fantastic customer service second to none!
I was very unhappy with my current brand band provider talk talk. Spoke to phan at the Basildon branch, and the information she gave me lead me to sign up without hesitation. Fantastic knowledge. So helpful and informative. Informed me of bonuses and extras. And keeping my costs low while still having Fantastic service.
Really can't recommend phan enough she is top of the class and I belive she should train all new staff in all stores and branches to ensure the customer care and satisfaction you receive will be 1000% ! Thank you !

Poor service at Basildon retail store
My partner recently upgraded her phone and traded in her old phone as part of the deal.
She was told that she could drop her old phone in to any Vodafone store for her trade in to be processed.
She went in to basildon retail store today, only to be seen by a woman who was not interested at all.
The advisor said that they don't recieve trade ins in store, and turned her away which was a inconvenience.
This is very poor customer service from the advisor who showed very little interest in helping.
