Thomas helped us renew our contract
Thomas helped us renew our contract, new devices and a better airtime plan. We loath doing this kind of thing. Thomas was professional, helpful and made the whole process a fun experience. Supportive staff
The staff in store could not do more to support me with difficulties that arose when trying to go through online verification checks. I was kept updated at all stages in the process and they were quick to respond and raise an escalation when needed to get the issue resolved. Whilst I observed all staff to be friendly and approachable, the ones I had direct support from were Colin, Thomas, Alina and Bianca. Thank you!

Agent Colin at Bath store.
Where should I start!! Lost my Iphone 15 in Bristol on 27/6/25. I'm a vulnerable person and this is recorded with Vodafone. However I went to Broadmead Bristol store 28/6/25 explained my situation and what happened to me, and was greated with a leaflet and told to ring a number.
He was unhelpful, uninterest, it was as if he didn't want to be there, and then I popped in!!!! I asked if they would disconnect phone he said he had done it and said I could leave "bye". The phone was never disconnected. So I decided to go into the Bath store 30/6/25 where I was greated completely differently by agent Colin fantastic guy great asset for Vodafone I didn't leave the store until everything was completed my new phone ordered new sim phone disconnected and he raised my complaint to Vodafone concerning my treatment at Broadmead Bristol. Straight up decent guy really helpful, patience knows what he is doing top man.
I would not recommend Broadmead Bristol store and I live in Bristol and had to travel to Bath for assistance. Broadmead must train their agents how to treat their customers/ vulnerable customers. Why bother to ask your customers when signing up contracts if they have vulnerabilities if you do not train agents correctly 🙄. Oh and I recieved my phone 1/7/25 DPD as ordered by Colin.
To Colin in the Bath store Big Respect and a massive thank you again keep doing what your doing.💯

Colin the Store Manager was an absolute star!!
I arrived in a bit of a panic after my son had used my phone to scan some random QR code on YouTube & it somehow downloaded some horrific app onto my phone which made my home screen disappear.
Feeling anxious & frankly, a bit stupid, I tried to calmly explain the problem. He sorted it completely within about 5 mins. He was friendly & very reassuring, & in no way made me feel silly (I'm an utter technophobe).
Not only that, but I discussed my bills with him & he got me onto a new plan which will cost me far less per month. And he even gave me a new USB cable for my charger which had started to fray.
Colin turned my whole weekend around. Cheers Colin!

Fun Team & Great Service
The service at the Bath location is incredible! I walked in on Saturday looking to switch from O2 and grab a new phone and everyone working that day was kind, helpful and patient. Some technical issues kept me there a bit longer than typical but the entire team was a good sport about it and made sure I felt comfortable. I stopped into Three that day as well, and in comparison to them and my experiences at O2, the team at Vodafone made me feel like I made the best choice in my switch. I only leave reviews for exceptional service and this team secured this review and then some.
Side note - love my new Motorola Razr 50 Ultra! Thank you to Jess & everyone working that day for all your help and great conversation.
