I came to Vodafone after receiving a terrible experience with EE and thie manager. So after 25+ years I decided that I have had enough and would leave EE and move to Vodafone. I walked in quite upset and met a wonderful human being called Colin. He immediately saw that I was upset sat me done and asked what he could do to help. I ask to get a new phone on an existing contact. Colin was very supportive and answered all my questions, even when I asked them more than once.
