Bought a new phone from the shop in…
Bought a new phone from the shop in Birkenhead yesterday. Happy with the phone and the service was fabulous. Tom helped me get the phone and set it up and transfer data even as my old phone had a cracked screen and was challenging to work with he was able to problem solve, was friendly, respectful, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

I have been helped by Laura before. Had issues with my phone and what's app. I thought go back to shop as great service. Hence loyal to Vodafone. Laura ask if I needed help, I did, I was worried about my phone being hacked. Felt unsafe. She checked my phone, worked out my issues that concerned me and put everything right for me and a double lock on what's app security. I felt so relieved I tell you and secure. I went into Vodafone in Birkenhead
I went into Vodafone in Birkenhead, Merseyside yesterday as I had lost my phone. I was greeted straight away by lovely Laura, who went above and beyond to help choose a phone that was right for me, and also helped set it up for me which I really appreciated. Laura today from the Birkenhead store…
Laura today from the Birkenhead store was absolutely incredible. Me and my daughter arrived to get a new mobile and Laura instantly stood up and greeted us and was very welcoming in assisting us with all options available with upgrades. She was very professional the whole time but also very friendly. She helped us find the best deals for me and family. Highly recommend anyone who uses vodaphone to use the Birkenhead store and find Laura.
