When to Vodafone store in bishops…
When to Vodafone store in bishops stortford I never had such a bad service in my life.
One door was locked and had to get a member of staff to open it and lock it behind me made me very uncomfortable.
Two ask for a replacement sim was sorry can’t give you one it’s Vodafone policy and don’t want to get fined
Three ask him to speak to a manager said will call him and ask if he can authorise a replacement sim waited over 25mins
So gave up and ask if I can leave the store as the door was locked and the member of staff was on there phone in the back room
