I lost my phone which comes with its…
I lost my phone which comes with its own stress and Sid at the store, once again was an absolute gem and managed to get all my old settings onto the new phone. He spent several hours working on both my new handset and also checking my account and making sure i was on the best deal with my broadband. Honestly, i cant praise Sid's professionalism, friendly helpful nature and always ensuring excellent customer care enough!. He definitely deserves a bonus and payrise! 😉
