What can I say the service was first class I came in stressed with my I phone 12 , lots of problems as the phone was getting old ,not working on lots of platforms , I couldn’t really afford to go on contract as I was sim only .
I left with getting an I phone 15 brand new & Vodaphone broadband aswell , no pressure at all just felt like they are genuine people out to help customers which doesn’t happen all the time in this day n age ! Answered questions & wrote me out a breakdown of how much I will be saving compared with my current provider , this works out to nearly £1000 yearly, plus I have a phone & contract
For less monthly than what I was paying just for broadband .
Very happy customer Thankyou both very much . 😊😊

Besa was wonderful. She knew a lot about the products, services and was very helpful. She spent time with us and upsaled that made a lot of sense. If you’re looking to get an upgrade or new phone, I would highly recommend. Once again ask for Besa. Would definitely recommend a pay rise or promotion
