Avoid Bolton branch
Really disappointed with the service at Vodafone Bolton. Natalie’s customer service was very poor — she was rude, avoided eye contact, and made the whole experience uncomfortable. She also messed up my contract, which the Bury store thankfully managed to fix.
I mentioned the poor service to Lee in-store, but he just nodded and didn’t seem concerned at all. Overall, this branch is a poor representation of Vodafone and I wouldn’t recommend visiting. The Bury team, on the other hand, were fantastic and sorted everything out quickly and professionally.
