I had an issue with my current phone not turning on, it was solved quickly and efficiently. I was then offered an upgrade which I didn't hesitate and am leaving with a brand new phone with protection and cover. Matt was able to explain things easily to understand and made the experience problem free.

Vodafone UK offers decent customer service, especially staff like Matt and Emily who are helpful and patient. However, consistent professionalism across all experiences could improve.
