Visited the Bolton Vodafone store and was dealt with by Matt who took time with me to explain everything and got me a great deal. A great team.
Liam was brilliant, listened to what I wanted helped me when I didn’t understand and when my old phone crashed he explained what needed to happen next. The store manager Matt was really helpful too and got my old phone working again and the service was great. The team were friendly and helpful and I got the best deal for me.
Nothing phased them and they were great at explaining everything to me.

The customer service agent was lovely…
The customer service agent was lovely it was the people in the collection's department I was a little late on one bill months ago. I thought I had paid this as I rang up to make a promise to pay cut a long story I paid £160 for them to reconnect then they turn me off again after a week! I ring up for them to tell me I owe £80 and they won't turn me back on even though reluctant I said I can pay the 80 in a week they wanted it today or won't return my connection I'm on universal credit n have BPD with number of health issues I need my line. They totally disregarded it! Those company is for the Rich...not people like me on benefits il be taking my sim out today done with them!
