Went in with problems on the phone that I have been trying to sort out for weeks. Problem was fixed in 2 minutes despite other store elsewhere not being able to help. Decided to upgrade and switch to broadband. All superbly done and so easy. All staff super friendly. Very happy

nightmare broadband connection
We ordered Vodafone fibre broadband. 2 lads came yesterday to fit it. They fitted it by lunchtime all and left us with a small card with passwords etc. When we tried to connect it did not work. We tried several times during the day. We eventually tried to get help from Vodafone. Very difficult to find a number. We eventually got through to someone who asked us to stay on line while they tried to fix it. This calll lasted over an hour. We were cut off suddenly, but luckily they called us back. Again we held on with occasional reminders from person we called to keep hanging on. They worked remotely and after another hour they said they’d call us back in an hour or so. They did not! This morning we tried again and were put in contact with a lovely man in Alexandria. This time he asked us to stay on line again, checking back every now and then to find out how many lights were flashing etc. Eventually after 1 hour 40 minutes he finally connected us to the internet. Wonderfully helpful man.
Absolutely outrageous that Vodafone would expect us to waste so much time (roughly 3 plus hours) trying to get connected. Nobody checked to see if it was working etc. Very, very disillusioned with Vodafone ‘customer care’ ! It does not bode well for any future problems we have. Very unimpressed with Vodafone just now.

Visited Vodafone in Bournemouth
Visited Vodafone in Bournemouth as was having issues with my internet. The service I received from Cian was exemplary. Not only did he find me a good deal for my internet, he also saved me money on my phone contract. I feel this is brilliant customer service and not all about trying to get as much money out of me as he could. I would definitely recommend the Bournemouth store and Vodafone to all my friends and family.

Customer service in store is lacking
Customer service in store is lacking. Staff do want to help but systems are archaic and they’re struggling with less than happy customers every hour. This then impacts their ability to give service with a smile. Vodafone please help your staff with better systems and processes.
