Well now, gather round, young’uns, and lend an ear to an old codger who’s seen the rise and fall of dial-up, the golden age of Nokias, and the WiFi wars of 2007. But let me tell you, in all my years battling signal bars and baffling billing statements, never—never!—have I come across a pair like Hayley and Josh.
These two whippersnappers at Vodafone are the Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers of customer service—graceful, in sync, and boy, do they make solving problems look like a dance!
Hayley, with the voice smoother than a jazz sax at midnight, guided me through my tangled contract woes like a lighthouse in a digital storm. And Josh? That lad’s got more charm than a vintage jukebox. Quick-witted, razor-sharp, and kind enough to explain tech lingo in a way even my old brain could understand.
They didn’t just sort me out—they made me feel seen. Like an actual person, not just an account number floating in the cloud. A rare thing these days.
So hats off, canes raised, and a heartfelt thank you to Hayley and Josh. Vodafone—give these two a raise, or at least a throne of recycled SIM cards and eternal glory.

Great in person experience with Kiara
Great in person experience with Kiara. Made sure I picked the right data package based on my past usage and let me try out the phone before deciding to go ahead. Got the Samsung zflip6 in grey as its currently discounted compared to other similar models. Very happy with my purchase and will come back and ask for Kiara if I need anything else phone or Internet wise in future.

Bad Bournemouth Customer Service by Area Manager

Made an order a few days back at bournemouth store for 5G homebroadband. Unfortunately No Gigacube in store, will order in for you said the rep. Eta hopefully tomorrow, if not will be day after.
Popped into store this afternoon to find out where? No delivery as yet. Further to that, the selling store rep should / could of offered 24hr home delivery, but he did not :-( To add to that, as he was not in the store today, found out he is the area manager for six stores !!!
Very bad customer services…
Thinking they can keep the bloody thing.

Had a great experience at Vodaphone Bournemouth. On arriving at the store I was met by a friendly assistant who helped me buy my new phone and Sim on an excellent deal. All hassle free and extremely helpful. Can highly recommend.
