Amazing customer service and support
Sales Assistant in the Broadway Branch helped me twice on two separate days with the My Vodafone App. She set everything up for me on my phone, i just had to do my Password as I was having issues and she assured me it was not me but the app. I was extremely grateful for the help. I was with Ehsan today from the…
I was with Ehsan today from the Bradford store and what a cracking young man, I bought an iPhone 16 pro max from a young gentleman called ishmail from the same store who was amazing so helpful and Ehsan who helped me set up my new phone and change my number to a new one.
The level of customer service on display here was by far the best I have ever seen. These 2 young men should be proud of themselves they are the epitome of excellence, patience and customer service, I should know I was the owner of Adams kids and various other companies with over 8000 employees these 2 and the rest of the staff stood out as amazing.
They deserve a pay rise. If it was my company I would give them a bonus and a pay rise!
