AWFUL AS THEY USE CITY FIBRE
I've had a terrible experience over 4 weeks being passed from pillar to post between vodafone and city fibre. To say the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing is a huge understatement. No end to end customer service, end up dealing with City Fibre (terrible also) who also subcontract to Kelly. When you have issues you then are told they cannot help and you have to go to City Fibre, who are equally abysmal. As if moving house isn't stressful enough. Go elsewhere is my advice if you possibly can, I've had 6 engineers and still not connected and told I now have to wait another week for a cable to be connected/spliced in the main box. Quite ridiculous.
