Helped in an emergency - Rahil
A huge thank you to Rahil who helped me today. My phone had completely failed and due to a family emergency it was imperative I had a working phone as a matter of urgency. Rahil tried to sort my phone but to no avail. He then looked at the best options for me from the phones in stock and then took the time to help me transfer my data over - something I was anxious about given I couldn't use Samsung switch. Fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable service. Thank you.
