Great service by Caroline in Chelmsford High St
After spending an hour in O2 trying unsuccessfully to get our old business account transferred to our new company name, we gave up and thought we’d see if anyone else in Chelmsford could make this easier. Eda was superb
Hi - I went in today around 12pm to upgrade my phone and witnessed one of the members of staff (Eda) getting verbally abused by a male customer. Eda remained professional and helpful throughout until she became visibly shaken when the customer started swearing and shouting at her for something that had nothing to do with her, to the point he brought her to tears. I’d like to report this more formally if you can provide me an email address to write to?
I was the next customer and Eda was fantastic and regained her composure brilliantly to finish on a positive.

Attended Braintree Voda phone this morning with a broken phone ! I was served by Alex who was extremely knowledgeable about the products tariffs and Voda phone services . I can truly say what a credit he is to the Voda phone company . I was served quickly and left the store with a new phone and sim for my daughter much quicker than I anticipated. Alex made sure understood my contract and showed me the new features I was unfamiliar with on my new phone . What a credit he is to your company . Would highly recommended visiting this branch to anyone .
