I always use the Buxton Vodafone store…
I always use the Buxton Vodafone store as I find it more personal to deal with a salesperson face to face, rather than using the call centre.
I had a slight hickup with with my upgrade which locked me out of my account.
Marjorie the store manager went above and beyond to sort out the issue, which was quickly resolved.
Can't recommend this store and their personell high enough.

This is an amazing store with staff who go out of their way to help and provide excellent service. I had some difficulties getting a hearing aid to pair with the new Vodaphone I phone.
