Excellent customer service
We went into store and were met by Amos who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish - super friendly, understood the issues we were trying to fix, and clearly knows his job inside out. We got 3 new phones and each one was perfect for the person it was for. Amos explained the ins and outs of each phone and the contract that went with it, and was incredibly helpful giving us information about broadband, and iPhone and Samsung watches.
Thanks, Amos, for a stress-free experience. We'll be back to sort out the broadband asap!

Despite difficulties encountered with my mobile phone trade-in (which were unrelated to Marjorie's actions), her customer service was truly outstanding. Marjorie consistently demonstrated incredible helpfulness, politeness, and a welcoming attitude. Great Customer Service
I took my sister into the Vodafone shop in Buxton to see if her contract was due for renewal. The Home button on her iPhone had stopped working which made it extremely difficult to operate and so we had hoped that she would be able to upgrade.
My sister has had a couple of strokes and so it can be a little slow going, but the assistant was very understanding and helpful. She quickly checked the account and we were still had a short while to go on the contract. We didn't want to get another phone and so she was quickly able to switch on the soft Home button feature, which I was completely unaware of and the phone was perfectly usable again.
Not done there, she then set about reviewing the contract and made a saving of a few pounds on my sister's monthly bill.
We left the shop, having saved money, with a fixed phone. Good job.
