I was very happy with the service I received in store

The staff were so patient and helpful. They spent a lot of time talking through the options with us, constantly looking for the best offers available.

I was due for an upgrade on my phone and we were passing the shop in Buxton whilst away for the weekend. Amos was really helpful and let me see all the products available. He then worked really hard to get me the best deal possible on my next phone and contract. Im really pleased we called in. The shop was open and clean and Amos was really kind, patient and helpful. I cant thank him enough and I'm really happy with how things have turned out. I can even collect my new phone from a local shop

Today I visited vodafone Buxton and served by Heather. She was very informative and knowledgeable. Today we updated my Internet package and did a preorder on the latest s26 ultra. Excellent customer service. Thankyou 😊

I’ve taken out a contract with your company, and needed help on a few occasions, each time I have been helped by Amos who is a major asset to your company, he has been professional, helpful , courteous and I have witnessed the extreme patience he shows working in your Buxton branch.

As a part of my upgrade to 150Mbps I have visited the Buxton Vodafone shop several times. Initially to check what this plan involved and the costs. Then with some problems with the app and then some technical questions. Finally with issues with my first bill. At each visit I behave been met with friendly greeting and very helpful information. All the staff have dealt with my issue in a positive way. The internet help was impersonal and the telephone help ineffective. Excellent help at the shop.

My change of Broadband was making me very anxious, but the trip to Vodafone in Buxton allayed all my worries.
It went so smoothly , I didn't have to do anything. Everything was explained carefully and I understood it all . So good to do it face to face and not " on line " , not everyone is comfortable with the latter , particularly elderly people .
A great relief that all will go ahead now .

I came in today to get a contract phone, I have never had one before so I didnt understand anything or how to go about getting one, Georgia served me and explained everything perfectly and helped me from start to finish

Excellent customer service from Vodafone in Buxton, my mobile phone was due a upgrade but asked what other discount can I get rather than a new upgrade phone, she looked and managed to get reduced monthly rate reduced my data as didn't need the amount before but still got plenty of data and free roaming when going abroad, rather than paying separately each time we go abroad, which can add up on your monthly bill. Georgina was excellent explaining and not rushed, she was chatty and friendly.

Georgina was excellent even though I think she was still training.
Her mentor was also very good.
Both were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly.
I got a good deal and I'm very happy with whole experience.

They gave me a faulty phone and when I said, my phone was faulty and gave them all the reasons why, with evidence. They kept telling me, the phone is fine.
On my new Samsung ultra 25; I couldn't log into my Samsung account in my settings, even tho I could on the website, without ease. The touch screen was jumpy and with ghost touch. I tried to draw with a stylus but the stylus couldn't draw full circles. When I deleted photos from my Samsung phone, the screen kept jumping. I tried to type something, the phone put in a new word that I didn't type in. Bluetooth wasn't conecting to my hearing aids either. Basically, so many problems.
They told me the phone is fine and I need to contact samsung because they told me, it was their problem. I already contacted Samsung twice and since I got the phone from Vodafone, it's a Vodafone problem.

I eventually contacted Vodafone via customer service number to see if I can replace my phone, yes I could.

I went to Manchester and they confirmed what I said. My brand new Samsung ultra 25 was faulty. They couldn't factory reset it because I needed to log into my Samsung account and the Manchester branch told me, I shouldn't have to do that. They had 5 different people to try and factory reset my phone and all of them said, the touch screen is faulty too because the screen kept jumping, ghost touching and things they didn't even press, when the phone pressed buttons by itself. They had to factory reset my phone through their computer, to send it back.
I finally got a new phone because of them and I'm just thankful that the Manchester branch listened to me, unlike Buxton.

I get it, that the Buxton branch isn't well trained. But when they looked at my phone and drew circles, they told me "just draw harder". When, that's not how you are supposed to draw, the stylus is touch sensitive, I shouldn't have to draw harder. Very weird comment. And they kept telling me, it's a Samsung issue, when it's a Vodafone issue.

Overall, I'm not happy with their service. Next time, I'm going to Manchester or Stockport.

Was feeling very negative about pre Vodafone experiences. I went into the Buxton branch to see about a possible upgrade. Amos was absolutely brilliant. Extremely knowledgeable about products, very patient with my kids been in the store. Excellent customer service with a friendly manner. Has restored my faith in vodafone. Vodafone Amos is a credit to your company and saved you a long term customer from leaving. Many thanks

Staff were engaging, fun, knowledable and very helpful.

The vodafone broadband, landline and mobile service all went down yesterday and for several hours. Living in a rural area, we have not way of contacting anybody. Today on the Vodafone website, you wouldn't know there had been a problem. There is no mention of thir systems going down and no emails to apologise or explain why it has happened.
Vodafone don't give a bloody hoot about it's customers, despite what all their adverts claim.
My contract is up in a few months and one thing is for sure, I won't be renewing with this uncaring, incompetent organisation

Amos was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We arranged 3 better contracts and made some great monthly savings. Really pleased with the service in store. A world apart from the dealings we’ve had with the call centre.
