Vodafone for the speeds…
We joined Vodafone for the speeds promised but unfortunately the speeds and the bad customer service was very frustrating as no one there would listen and so we left in may as per contract and now have virgin gigabit over 1000 Mbps. And now the cheek of them they have been trying to bill me when we do not owe them anything.

Very helpful staff member.
Went into the Caerphilly store to try and sort out an issue I had. A few days before I had contacted Vodafone by telephone and had great difficulty explaining what I would like to happen.
It turns out that they had not completed my request satisfactorily.
I spoke to an assistant whose name began with T, in store and explained what had happened. After checking what I wanted, he took the time to explain everything to me and cancelled the part of the plan that I did not want or need, but was told it was part of the package.
T was polite and took the time to explain things to me and what he was going to do to assist me. He was able to cancel part of the package.
He sorted everything out for me. Very helpful.
