The young man at the customer service desk couldn't have been more helpful. He solved a problem reconnecting my phone signal in minutes, which I had spent hours trying to solve. Although my contract is with Vodafone, the handset wasn't, but he was still most obliging whilst sorting my problem out and told me to come back in store if I had any other issues.
