I don’t even know where to start. The store manager Joe was so incredibly helpful when I was looking to upgrade my phone. He sat with me for an hour and talking me through all the deals I can get. As well as Ed being so helpful as well. Joe was so easy to talk to and was super friendly and so easy to have a laugh with which made the experience 10x better. Thank you for putting up with me being incredibly difficult.

We met one of Vodafone’s finest.
My husband and I dropped into the Canterbury Vodafone shop as I had a problem with some sound issues on my phone.
We had bought the phone a couple of years ago from that very shop.
We were served by a very knowledgeable, polite and friendly Staff member called George.
After he had successfully fixed my phone, My husband, who also had bought his phone and contract at the same store asked about an upgrade. George talked him through exactly what he would require from a phone and looked at his history online and found that he didn’t use much of the Internet, so he found the perfect phone for my husband and we were more than happy. Vodafone its self is lucky to have staff members like George, and I hope he gets some sort of recognition.
We are very happy Vodafone customers.

I had a really lovely experience at the Vodafone store in Canterbury and I want to give special credit to Joe, the store manager.
From the moment I walked in, Joe was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. You can tell straight away when someone enjoys helping people — and Joe truly does.
I was so impressed by his professionalism and warm attitude that I even tried to look him up on social media afterwards, just to leave a positive comment — but I couldn’t find him anywhere. So I’m writing this review instead, because great service deserves to be mentioned.
Thank you, Joe, for making my visit such a pleasant one. Vodafone Canterbury is lucky to have you. Highly recommended!

Oh my days! After a terrible experience with another phone provider I offloaded my issue to Tom who was fantastic and actually listened to what I was asking and provided the exact phone and contract I was looking for with the best customer service experience I have evwr had! I came in with my wife to upgrade my phone and was we were warmly welcomed by a lovely young lady called Riya, she was so friendly and patiently guided us through all of our options, Her colleague Joe assisted (he has helped us out before, really helpful) and between them they got us an amazing deal with our broadband and managed to get my wife a new I Phone and still save money each month 10 out of 10

Joseph was incredibly helpful when I came into the store today! He made me feel very welcome and that he was more than happy to help despite the shop being very busy! For the third time our landline service is unavailable. It wouldn’t be so bad but my wife has stage 4 cancer and is waiting for a call from the hospital concerning a new form of chemotherapy. Restoring the broadband always takes a lot of effort and stress to resolve, mainly because most of the staff lack sufficient expertise.
