Very understanding staff
I recently went into the Carlisle Vodafone to upgrade my phone and contract. I am hard of hearing so sometimes find this challenging when trying to catch all the information. My wife got a new phone sent from Vodafone and I inherited her old phone. We tried to set them up at home and got nowhere, went to our Carlisle branch and were guided through the whole process by Jade.
