I had a problem which was related to Internet access usage, not just the elderly phone I had, which ended up not being a quick fix! Todd showed great tenacity in trying to, and eventually sorting the problem, despite many technical hurdles. So excellent knowledge and excellent customer service. 5*

What more can i say apart from…
What more can i say apart from brilliant, been on a very high price for very little internet. Sat down with the team in chatham who helped me save alot of money each month, also now on unlimited data. Thanks guys big shout out to Mollie, Jamie and Nathan for all your help.

Pair of phones from a pair of geezers
I needed to get extra 2 contracts out and Jamie & Nathan were very helpful. Managed to work around the contracts I already had to get my the best deals. Very friendly and explained it along the way. Would come into store in future rather than ordering online.

The service we got was fantastic Jordon explained everything and in great detail about how to get us the best deal for our broadband and transferring my wife’s phone from 02 to vodaphone he was very patience with us and persevered with a computer hitch which meant we were there longer than we would have normally been hat’s off to him he was terrific - the other staff were excellent too helping out with queries - an outstanding performance all round and a couple of visits afterwards great customer service thank you

Mollie and Jamie were absolutely brilliant! My time in the store was really good, they were very helpful, and chatty which made the time go quickly while I had my upgrades approved etc.
