This review relates to the Vodafone store in The Pentagon Shopping Centre, Chatham, Kent.
I visited this store with a couple of technical queries regarding transferring data from my old phone to my new one.
As soon as I went into the store, I was greeted by Jonathan, who was welcoming friendly & professional from the outset.
He listened carefully to my queries & soon put my mind at rest by reassuring me he could help. I am, by my own admittance, not the greatest when it comes to tech, however, at no point did Jonathan make me feel incompetent or silly for asking my questions.
He solved the problem quickly & explained what he'd done, so I understood everything.
It is (sadly) somewhat of a rarity these days to find the level of customer service skills demonstrated by Jonathan - he was funny, chatty, professional & totally customer focused. He is a true credit to this store & the company Vodafone in general
Thank you Jonathan for faultless service - it was very much appreciated!

I’ve just been to Vodafone Chatham and assistant named Mollie and her colleague Jonathan who managed to transfer android data to iPhone. I’ve been tying for ages without success. Guess what!.. Mollie was not fazed by the data transfer that took no time. She took it all in her stride. So Vodafone Chatham Pentagon get top marks. Whatever scoring you go buy.
