Excellent customer service
Nathan and Molly were really friendly, professional and helpful. They made the stressful experience of having to replace a broken phone really easy and straightforward. They were able to answer all my questions and clearly know their stuff. It was a pleasure meeting them.

Patient and informative
The person who served us (I think her name was Molly) helped immensely with quite a complicated situation trying to get a new SIM card. The other worker also helped (Nathan I think) when necessary and allowed us to get a new card when one couldn't be unlocked over the phone. Shout out to them
