I had an exceptional experience at Vodafone UK in Chatham when I visited to purchase a new phone. Assistant manager John was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and his expertise made the process of choosing a new phone a breeze.
The store had a wide range of phones to choose from, and the staff took the time to explain the features of each model and help me find the perfect phone to suit my needs. Their patience and willingness to answer all of my questions really made me feel valued as a customer.

I have been trying to get a sim plan in the UK for a long time and every time I went to speak to a big provider it only seemed to become more and more complicated however when I spoke to John and Tod at Vodafone in Chatham they were able to fully understand all of my needs and the particularities of my situation and what I would need in a phone plan and I finally was able to get a phone plan that seems perfectly tailored to my situation and needs. Me and my partner were taken care of by Mollie. Very polite and friendly. Gave us great service. Had upgrades to do which were a lot of work because of our circumstances and Mollie dealt with it without issue. She took care of our needs with a smile on her face and engaged with us so it wasn’t a cold experience. Very happy with how we were treated.

Mollie was absolutely brilliant when sorting out my upgrade. She talked through the device plans available and helped me select a new phone.
