I popped in to the branch as I had lost…
I popped in to the branch as I had lost the torch on my Apple phone, I was served by Liam and he was incredibly helpful and got me back up and running.
As on older person sometimes you can be treated slight condescending were technology is concerned but Liam was polite, courteous and check my phone after getting my torch back and showed me what to do in future if it happens again.

Great experience today, Rosie who was fantastic, friendly smart and confident helped me buy a new phone for my son today. Rosie explained she was training and was great and an asset to the team. Soheila- helpful, knew what she was doing. Found calling difficult and wasn’t explained but Sopheila explained in full and made it very clear. Chatty and comfortable to talk to. Helped me change my contract and made it cheaper for me! Great service.

Needed help with my last invoice
Needed help with my last invoice, was met by Rosie who was very helpful and explained to me everything I needed to know.
We moved from TalkTalk/UW with our broadband and home phone and both my husband and I have had our mobile phones with you for many years.
