We have just visited the Chester store. Terri was fantastic and very patient. Had 4 contracts to sort and broad band and she made us feel at ease and explained everything and did not feel any pressure.

Stunning service always delivered.
I live in Warrington but make the 45 minute drive to Chester because of the consistently great service from both John (Manager) and Steve. Probably over the past 6 years or so, 80% of the time has been spent with Steve. I find his excellent explanations and experience suits my temperament well. As an ex Project Director on multi-million pound projects, I require exactly what Steve delivers.

Excellent support and customer service
Steven who assisted us was very knowledgeable and guided us every step of the way getting us the handset to suit our needs and the best deal for both of us. He went above and beyond in helping us and gave sound advice. Would recommend him wholeheartedly.

Great store great staff. Updated my contract with them and had problems with it. Steven spend a long time trying and finally sorting it out for me. Credit to him and all the staff in store. Will be back to the store when a upgrade is due.
