New phone contract
I've been a vodaphone customer for over 10 years now and there's a reason for that, and that's mainly down to the helpful customer service that this branch provide everytime I visit. The staff that work there always make me feel comfortable from the moment I step foot and do there absolutely best to find a solution to my problem or help find me the right deal that suits me, making me feel satisfied every single time !!

Phone problem fixed in store
My phone had stopped receiving calls so I spent 3 consecutive days to customer support trying to fix it, but the problem was not resolved. I decided to go into a Vodafone shop as a last resort & if unsuccessful would request my pac code to move to another provider. I was served by a very helpful member of staff called John who did numerous checks and then tried a SIM swap which worked! Just wish I’d gone into the store for help at the first instance rather than wasting 6.5hrs of my time on phone calls. Thank you John!

I came into the store looking for advice on my next phone / contract to purchase. Stuart was very knowledgeable about Vodafone’s products and tariffs. And it was obvious he was aiming to get the best option to suit my needs ie camera, storage data, battery life and roaming GB needs. He really took time to also explain the benefits of going with Vodafone vs competitors. I learnt a lot and left knowing I wanted my next mobile contract to be with Vodafone. I would have bought the mobile model there and then if it had been in stock in Chester. Thanks so much for the guidance Stuart!

Helpful, friendly, proactive!
Absolutely fantastic service from this team. Never used Vodaphone before but went in with a quite obscure requirement that their network was best placed to serve. Terri, the Store Manager, found the best way to make it happen quickly, easily, knowledgeably, and in the most affordable way. She then very patiently and proactively helped me through all the relevant set up until I was comfortable I had all I needed and was ready to go. Would absolutely recommend this branch. If all Vodaphone experiences are like this, I may need to consider switching my main contract to them.
