Great customer experience
Steven was absolutely fantastic with my 87-year-old mother. He was incredibly patient, kind and respectful throughout, taking the time to make sure she had all the right information and fully understood everything. He never once made her feel rushed, confused or like she was a bother. He managed to get her Vodafone contract and bills down to the correct level while making the whole process easy and reassuring for her. It was genuinely lovely to see such thoughtful and considerate customer service. Steven is a real credit to Vodafone.

Myself and my sister wanted a basic mobile phone for our elderly friend as we could not get hold of her at times due to an old land line that wasn't reliable, she was worried that due.to her not being able to utilise modern mobile phones and needed it to be very basic.
We attended your branch in Chester and a memner of staff Ryan went above and beyond in assisting her.He was very patient and knowledgeable and friendly making the overall experience easy for her to understand. They are incompetent company
They are incompetent company that no one should be with this company. I was approached in my local curry’s store by a vidaohobe rep asking me to change to them for my broadband, I was in a hurry with 1 million things on my mind , she rushed through her preprepaired sells pitch and I agreed to swap to them from sky this women didn’t answer my concerns or questions , she cud see I was over 60 not a text and I felt intimidated by her, I sgreed so I took it, she never explained that she was going to change my landline as well, broadband transfer took 3 weeks MY LANDLINE STILL NOT CONNECTED 7 weeks later
I am fuming I have spent at least 3 hours a day to get through to someone who can help me and understand my situation
Now I can’t use my landline and I’m getting billed by Vodafone sir services I don’t have
CIN merchants
RIP off
They prey on vulnerable people and never achieve the needs of a customer
