I dropped my phone into a lake on holiday and was quite stressed at the time. Visited Vodaphone shop in Chester and assisted by Steve who was the saviour. Got a new phone and Steve explained everything in detail about how to go about recovering my I cloud account. This worked just as he said it would and all my information was transferred over. I had such a fantastic experience…
I had such a fantastic experience upgrading my phone today, and it’s all thanks to Taniya! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made the whole upgrade process so easy and stress-free, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I got the best option for me.
What really made the experience stand out was how personable she was. We ended up having such a great chat about concerts, travelling, and even laughed about how she says she’s terrible at swimming! It felt like catching up with a friend rather than just completing a phone upgrade.
Excellent customer service like this is hard to come by. Taniya is a real credit to Vodafone, and I genuinely left the store with a smile on my face. Thank you for making what could have been a routine visit such an enjoyable experience. I hope Taniya gets the recognition she deserves!
